Chicken Parmesan with Homemade Sauce

Hey guys, Here's the recipe for the spaghetti sauce and the breaded chicken: Sauce 3T  olive oil 1/2 Red Onion, diced 4 cloves Garlic, chopped 1 small can Tomato Paste 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar 2 large cans Crushed Tomatoes 1 large can Diced Tomatoes 1 small can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles 3-4 cups V8 juice 2 Bay leaves 1 1/2 t Chili Powder 1t Basil leaves 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan (you can also use shredded parm) 1/2 cup sugar Salt and Pepper to taste instructions: Saute onions and garlic in olive oil for 4 min, over medium heat. Add tomato paste, stir in completely. Add balsamic vinegar, stir in completely. Once liquid is absorbed, add in diced and crushed tomatoes and V8 juice; stir together til completed mixed. Add bay leaves, seasoning, Parmesan cheese and sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and let simmer for one hour. Lost 25 more pounds!

Hey everyone, I haven't posted much about my weight because honestly I wasn't seeing much activity, but I decided to weigh myself today and to my surprise I had lost 25 lbs. I weighed myself a few times, at two different occasions in disbelief, but it looks like it's the real deal. I have noticed that my clothes fit a little better around my hips and thighs, which is where I carry most of my weight. Anyway, I attribute the weight loss  to my diet over the last month. Money is tight, so I'm eating less. I've  also decided that once I get my own place again, which should be happening over the next month, I will start the green smoothie cleanse that my sister is doing. She has lost a substantial amount of weight and it has encouraged and inspired me. I'll let you know my progress, but for now I'm excited about the weight that has come off so far. I just did a cooking class for a friend's daughter's birthday, so I'll be posting the recipe next......
